Hmm...I like the anime so far, I've only seen the first episode though. I've never read the manga before, so I can't really compare the two. Perhaps I'll read some of the manga later after I watch the second episode and tell ya what I think.

Since you never read the manga it makes sense that you enjoy the anime. Be warned once you read the manga the anime will discust you.

Just read the first chapter of the manga. It was definitely very similar in a way to the second episode of the anime. Although the manga does seem to be more composed, I think the anime still has more time to prove itself with the next couple of episodes.

I would say that is fair. It could possibly have multiple seasons as well though.

If it can't cut the mustard in the first season. what makes you think more will make it any better. The first season is supposed to draw you in. It the opening statement or thesis. It sets the pace of the series.

Well I don't really think it could get better if the first season sucked, but I would maybe give it longer in the first season to prove itself if it was going to have a second season.

After having sampled Karin, Moon Phase, and Negima!? all over a relatively short period of time (AND playing BlazBlue...), I'm kind of burned out on lolita vampires. Maybe I'll give this one a try some other time.

I'm just responding to the inital post of this. Apparently episode 3 follows the manga again.
But apparently, this anime can go fuck right off since that's what this post was all about right?
Looks like I won't be watching it anymore.

Just watched the third episode last night, and I have to say that I'm starting to really like this anime. It doesn't seem like its going to disappoint anytime soon.
