If you are unable to make it to campus before the friday deadline, you are allowed to submit an absent ballot.
To do so, you look at the sample ballot and email me your at most six (6) choices. Then with the help of the vice president, L, or Mike, two of us will confirm your eligible to vote (having attended one (1) full meeting) and then recording your votes on an official ballot and then counted as the rest.
You can find a ballot attached here for a sample case, and you can send your votes to gengler AT umd DOT umich DOT edu.
We hope with this everyone can get a vote this year.
