Now for how the balloting will go
after all titles are turned in and approved (source checked for the most part) we'll create a ballot, each ballot will be numbered and everyone is able to take 1 ballot, after signing their name to a roll sheet.
The numbers will be removed from the ballot before they are placed in the counting box but the total number will be counted to ensure clean results. Everyone will get 6 votes. if you over vote we will take the first 6 you voted for, shows will be listed in name order based on the most commonly used name, either from english or romanized japanese.
When the counting is done we will slot the top 4 shows over all and then slot the top 2 2009 shows.
If too many (more than 2) shows of the same style (shonen, mecha) enter the top slots then the lowest vote of the group will be dropped in favor of the next vote getter on the list, this drop call will be made but unanimous vote from the President and Vice President.
voting will go from 8pm Friday the 11th till 3pm friday the 18th.
The leadership will be accepting comment on these terms from now till 7pm friday.

The only thing I would add is to have more than just you count the votes (i.e. me also)
And to lengthen the time allowed to vote. Most people will not vote as the only time we see them will be 5:30 PM on Friday (and their opinions count also). So having a quick 10-15 min time allotted at the beginning of the standard meeting to get everyone who wouldn't be able to vote otherwise.
