Just looks like some restructuring to me. Splitting one entity into multiple that will essentially do the same thing, but apparently be a bit more specialized. At least that's what I figure is going on.
After all, it's ADV Films that's closing, Not ADV. While I have a lot of stuff from ADV, it's mostly A. D. Vision stuff not ADV Films.
