Thank you for posting this, I didn't know anything about this. I always thought that you could use use copywritten images as long as you didn't profit from it in any way, because the copyright protects the creator's right to make a profit from their concepts. Since most AMV makers or fan dubbers (I presume those are some of the activities of a Video Remix Creator) don't profit directly from their work, doesn't that nullify the alleged illegality?
