So what is everyone up to this summer?

Me i'm getting ready for grad school, taking some extra classes, getting the GRE done, stuff like that.

I'll be around campus most days, and on mondays around for extra time because we will play a bit of ball on mondays.

I have been going to competitive airsoft matches all over Michigan, playing some music with a good friend of mine, watching tons of anime, and working as a cashier at my local Kroger.

I'm really into the realism that airsoft has to offer. Plus I get to use my two favorite guns (the M4a1 and the HK SOCOM Mk23) that are 1:1 replicas of the real thing. We get into a lot of military simulation and stuff like that with sometimes even 100 people playing at once. You should come to an airsoft match sometime, I think you'd have a lot of fun. I would be up for trying paintball as well.

i'm into milsim paintball, as well as woodsball, our markers at least look like real guns, my A5 is based off the HK mp5

I've seen that gun before, it looks really nice. Have you ever been to Hole in the Wall Paintball out in Bangor, or No Limits Extreme Action Park on Eureka Rd.? I just really love airsoft, but I would be totally up for trying out paintball if I could rent or borrow a gun. I'm really into the looks of real guns and my airsoft replicas are just like their real steel counterparts. I have an ICS Olympic Arms M4a1 and a Tokyo Marui HK Mk23 which is an exact replica of Solid Snake's Stage II Prototype SOCOM. Let me know if you'd ever be interested in going to an airsoft match, or letting me tag along for a paintball match, I'm sure it would be a lot of fun either way.

Finally just got a job today; start next week on a part time basis, whilst taking summer classes on the remaining weekdays.

I've got work at my restaurants, followed by classes at my local community college starting in July, so you may not see me until Fall of '09.

I'm trying to get work done for the upcoming Evangelion panel at the next Youmacon for Veleon, but I'm not sure where to start. Things like research, presentation and a costume. If Veleon is still up for it, I'd like to know what he wants to do with it.

CHEM 134 and Lab, atleast for the first summer semester, and this has to be the most intensive class I've ever taken. I suppose the one advantage to spending so much time at UMD over the summer is the air conditioning....

Other than that I'm blasting subliminal messages at my parents in the hope that they get the message and take my brother and I up north sometime during the summer.

I'll be working as usual all summer. Got a few more cons to goto and my Sister's wedding. I plan to join ya'll up on campus for Ball on Mondays starting next week, now that ACEN is over with.

Other then that, unless I make full time I'll be getting off work at noon every weekday, going home, and playing RPGs and working on AMVs for the summer con season. I am GOING to win that AWA Master's Jacket this year!

That is one good looking gun.
However, I still prefer the realism of my beautiful airsoft guns.

The SOCOM is stock, but I have two upgraded gearboxes for my M4.

How did the match at No Limits go?
