1st one: It looks like Nia (from TTGL) and Wicked Lady (from Sailor Moon).
2nd one: Oh my god, you guys are all retards! I recognize that hair from anywhere! This one is clearly Tomoyo and Sakura (from Cardcaptor Sakura) and the two girls from Higurashi.
I feel so smart now!
