Okay, guys: with the con in less than two weeks, I think we need to figure out how things are going to go and get ourselves organized. I'll probably be commuting from home and back each day to save money, but if anyone here lives relatively close to me (somewhere in the Northville/Novi/Livonia area), I'm more than happy to offer them a ride. My car can fit up to 5, so contact me if you want to make arrangements. Also, here's Youmacon's schedules for reference so we can figure out what each of us wants to do each day; that way, we can figure out when to arrive and depart each day, and how to organize things so that each of us gets to see all the stuff we want to. Event scheduleVideo scheduleI know for sure that I want to get in on all the voice acting panels and autographs sessions, as well as AMV wars. The only conflicts I have in terms of classes are one from 5:00 to 9:00 on Thursday, one from 10:20 to 11:10 on Friday, and one from 1:00 to 2:20 on Friday, but none of those interfere with any events, so we should be good. (On an unrelated note, someone remind me to bring my camera since I'm hoping to film a mockumentary of the con...)

Keep in mind, any plans you make for time need to be ready to change, as that schedule is set to change before the con, and then again it can change at con. Just be ready to look for schedule changes.
As for Happy Fun Time, if you notice it's not an 18+ event. Check out the AMV page on the site for a description, but basically, it the best and funnest videos of all time all bottled into a nice little event. I mean come on, even I don't show pr0n till after midnight!

I'll try and put together a spreadsheet so we can more efficiently figure out where everyone wants to go, what we can afford to skip, etc.
Edit: Okay, spreadsheet's done. Everyone list the shows on the video schedule you've already seen, and I'll update it accordingly.

Saturday is always considered the best day to go. It's the most con for your buck. Since you can get in once Reg opens and stay until reg opens on Sunday. The biggest events of the con also happen on Saturday, such as AMV Wars, The Masqurade, Cosplay Shogi, Live Action Mario Party, and the RAVE.

I'm already printing out the PDF version of the main event schedule so I can get things figured out. I'll try to remember to bring it on Monday so we can get everything squared away.
