Aside from the entrance fee, you'll probably want to bring a fair amount of extra cash in case something catches your eye in the dealer's room.
As for planning, we've been discussing it for quite a while now up in the cubicle, particularly these last few weeks. We've got a copy of the full schedule up there (or you could just look at it on the official site), and we've been planning out what events all of us want to go to, potential lodging and carpool arrangements, cosplay themes, etc. As it stands, it looks to be a pretty well-packed weekend...

I could be wrong, but I think the schedule DID go through a few changes since that last draft I printed out. The link is below in case you're curious. Click.I'll check it against the other copy tomorrow. I don't think there's any major change, though.

The schedule should be fairly solid. The schedule online should be the same as the one in the program guide, since I believe the program guide has gone off to print already.
As for cash, well, it all depends on how much you want to spend. I always say have cash for badge, gas (there and back), food, hotel (if you are staying in a room, otherwise make sure you have cash for the gas to drive to and from the con), and then any extra you think you might want to bring to buy stuff in artist alley and dealers room. I try to goto a con with $500 bucks total, but I tend to buy expensive stuff, and often spend up to $300 on just room and travel. But it all depends on what con you are going to.
I'll be at the meeting, so feel free to ask me anything, I've been around the con world for a while know, I know the ins and outs, and well, as for Youma in general, being a department head I am privy to a lot of info you all are not, so I can help where I can.
