Okay after watching episode two i finally matched it up with the manga, the anime will cover the pre-manga time and then i then move into the first manga arc

also given Kagura's build she is still in middle school, in the manga she's in highschool.........
also Yomi still seems human
the manga is at least 2 years after the current episodes, or the current episode arc

I actually watched this a little while ago, but thanks for the offer. I'm pretty sure that the anime series was a prequel to the manga, though I haven't read the manga so I wouldn't know. This anime starts off leaving you quite puzzled in the beginning, then goes on to have a pretty good mood, and then just gets utterly depressing in the end. I am not saying the show is bad by any means, but I really didn't like how the plot unfolded towards the end.
