Not a bad cast. I'm severely saddened by the current lack of Crispin Freeman, though. Maybe he'll play one of the other brigade members.

Just saw camrips of some of the voices; not bad, but I imagine they'll sound better with higher quality.
Blum as Leeron managed to shine through the low quality of the video and achieve an insane level of epic, though.

Why did they have to screw up the most important character. Kamina's voice is the only voice I had a serious problem. I watched the cam rips. This is retarded. Yuri does a fine job as young Simon. Michelle Ruff was fine, Steve Blum was godlike, Sam Regal I had no real qualms with yet. But seriously, Kamina is so not Kamina. I know that that VA could do a better job. The directors must be making him change how he says the lines.

He sounded much better by the time the second episode ended, though. It's still not that great, but it's not nearly as bad as it was.

He nailed it...Kamina's crowning moment of awesome was tonight...and Kyle nailed it.
I'm sold. Gurren Lagann is no longer a So-So dub; it's friggin' awesome.
