From ANNI'm betting it'll be subbed, seeing as the first sub-only DVD comes out at about the same time.

Well, excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me, princess, for enjoying the little time off I have left before I restart work.
Anyway, if it's true that it'll be shown dubbed, I hope the quality doesn't suffer from the rush. The last time I watched a show with a rush-job dub (read: Transformers Armada/Energon), I couldn't do anything but cringe.

'Tis about time! While I'm glad Sci-Fi has an anime block, and has showed some pretty cool stuff, their line-up has been a bit spotty and inconsistent at times - especially when it comes to recurring series. Tactics was ok, Noein wasn't very exciting to me, and Tokko was utter crap. TGGL will to great to push up Sci-Fi's line-up status.

A few new details...
- Bandai has confirmed the Sci-Fi news to be accurate, and they'll be airing two episodes per week through October. - The TV broadcast will be dubbed, not subbed. From what I understand, BangZoom!, who traditionally use the California-based talent, will be heading the dub (meaning that we may be seeing Crispin Freeman and Steve Blum in the show! *w00t*) - The TV broadcast will feature the cut version of Episode 6, but both the cut and uncut versions will be on Bandai's bilingual DVD release in '09.

What do you mean? The only episode with any iffy content was 6, which had both cut and uncut versions. The cut version will air on TV, while both the cut and uncut versions will be on the DVDs. All the other episodes will be aired with no changes or cuts for the TV broadcast.
Unless you're talking about the sub-only DVDs, i which case, I'm pretty sure you get the broadcast (read: inferior) version of 6.
