im game I watch the fansub of the first half of the movie so I wouldn't mind seeing this on the big screen

i'll stick to my avoiding of DN stuff, and save my money for paintball Okay, we'll go without you. ;D Anyway, I did some checking up, and here are some more details... - It's May 20th and 21st only; 7:30 PM.
- It's just the first movie; Death Note: The Last Name won't be playing alongside it. Perhaps if this one does well, we might see The Last Name brought to theaters as well in addition to the DVD release.
- The movie will feature the anime dub actors voicing over the characters. Yay for gratuitous amounts of Brian Drummond as Ryuk!
- If you can't catch the showing, you'll still get the opportunity when the DVD is released on September 16th.
