I didn't so much as buy this as I recovered it sitting discarded after use.
These are a box of self-contained fountain fireworks, apparently discharged during the fireworks celebration around my neighborhood the night previous. Imagine my surprise when I found this; people just leave behind the darndest things, don't they?
They are apparently called "Happy Girl" fireworks, and can be found on this web site: www.pyroformex.com/G-7.htm
Apparently these were made in Hong Kong, as evidenced by the amateurish picture editing, the lack of Gainax or NGE logos, and the label explicitly saying "Made in China".
I guess they don't have copyright laws back in the homeland...
